Tempoo Terms of Use

Last Updated: June 4, 2026

User terms for the current Tempoo iOS app and related services.

Part A. Introduction

These user terms apply when you download, access, or otherwise use Tempoo. By continuing to use the app, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

If the terms change, the updated version will apply from the time it is published or otherwise communicated inside the service.

Part B. What Tempoo Provides

Tempoo provides tools for logging practice sessions, managing repertoire, recording notes, attaching photos and voice notes, planning review activity, generating practice summaries, and using coin-based app features.

Materials and outputs shown through the app are designed to support self-organization and everyday practice use. They are not guarantees of artistic results or substitutes for professional music instruction.

Part C. Accounts and Sign-In

Where account access is offered, Tempoo may support Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in access and for activity that occurs through your account where allowed by law.

You agree to use accurate account information and to notify us through the support channel if you believe account access has been compromised.

Part D. User Materials

Content that you input, upload, save, create, or transmit through Tempoo remains under your ownership. This may include repertoire entries, practice records, notes, photos, voice notes, and report content.

You grant us the limited rights needed to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and transmit that material solely as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We recommend independently backing up valuable materials.

Part E. Coins, Purchases, and Digital Features

Tempoo may offer coin packs and other digital features through in-app purchase mechanisms provided by the App Store. Billing, payment processing, and any available refund handling are also subject to Apple’s own terms and platform rules.

Coins and similar digital balances are licensed, not sold; they have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may not be transferred except where law requires otherwise.

Tempoo may deduct coins when you choose optional in-app actions such as extra practice saves, additional voice-note usage, report creation, or feature expansion. Purchase verification, wallet delivery, abuse prevention, and error correction may require transaction data and related account identifiers.

Part F. Rules of Use

While using Tempoo, you must not:

Part G. Proprietary Rights

Tempoo and its original software, interface design, visual assets, app structure, and related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. Use of the app does not transfer ownership of those rights to you.

Part H. Availability and Disclaimer

The service is provided on an available basis and without warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that Tempoo will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or free of defects.

Part I. Damage Limitations

To the fullest extent allowed under applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Where exclusion is not legally possible, liability will be limited accordingly.

Part J. Suspension or Termination

You may stop using Tempoo at any time. We may limit, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the product, our users, our partners, or our legitimate business interests, including where these terms are violated.

Part K. Final Terms

These terms work together with the Tempoo privacy policy and form the complete agreement related to the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
